Sandy has owned pets her whole life.  Even as a little girl, she would drag home any stray animal and want to keep it. As an adult, she has had more than 15 dogs, 6 cats, 2 guinea pigs, various hamsters and gerbils and parakeets.

January, 2007, after deciding to leave the corporate world of retail management, she started DOGBREAK. With the help of greyhound-owner friends and Professional Pet Sitters of Minnesota, DOGBREAK has been very successful! Midday walks for greyhounds and other dog breeds, plus in-home pet sitting has kept her very busy and lots of dogs happy and healthy.

Sandy currently resides in Coon Rapids with her husband and three greyhounds.
